**You need to have a Shock Tower and shock nut protection before you go on the track, no exceptions as we have recently replace the carpet and do not want it ripping.

Please ensure you are a BRCA member before booking, you will need to renew your BRCA membership for 2022. We will be checking.**

1. If you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms do not attend as you are putting everyone at risk

2. You will need to provide:

a. Your own Hi Viz waistcoat for Marshalling and wearing in the pits so we can identify our racers.
b. Sensible footwear when marshalling

3. Booking In:

• Booking in only via Google forms, we will not accept phone calls, text / social media messages.
• Only 1 x class per driver, if places are available in other classes nearer the time we will offer places, please register your interest of the second class by emailing:- info@bmrcc.co.uk

• Organisers will be making use of automatic uploads to the timing system, it is important that all details are completed fully. Incorrectly completed forms may result in delays to starting the meeting.

4. Format and rules on the race day:• 121 Place’s – 99 x 2WD and 22 x 4WD
• 11 heats with 11 drivers in each heat, 1 x practice round in heat order, 4 x qualifiers, 1 x finals round. Starting practice round at 8:30am.

1 x set of tyres on the rear driven axle to be used throughout qualifying and finals, these will be marked after the 1st round of each heat of qualifying, failure to comply to this rule will mean you will be removed from the results and the meeting.

Choice of rear tyre is Schumacher Cactus or Proline Prisms, any compound can be used.

5. Marshalling:

• All Marshals must wear their own Hi Viz
• Stay at Marshall point until after the warm up lap of the following heat/final, then change Marshall’s

6. Payment:

Fees as follows:

Adult member £13.00
Junior member (under 16) £6.50
Non-Members £18.00

Refunds will not be accepted for this meeting, once you have been confirmed you will have 48hrs to pay, if not paid within this time your place will be handed to someone else.

7. Other points to note:

• Help to assemble the track and put away at the end of the day, more hands means that we all get home at a decent time.
• Take your rubbish home
• No handout club transponders will be available
• Only race officials will be allowed to communicate with race control.
• Results and Heat lists will only be online (No print outs) results will be viewed on http://www.rc-results.com/viewer/ Heat list will be either on Facebook or Google Documents
