\n1. You will need to provide:<\/p>\n

a. Your own Hi Viz waistcoat for Marshalling and wearing in the pits so we can identify our racers.
\nb. Sensible footwear when marshalling<\/p>\n

2. Booking In:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Booking in only via Google forms, we will not accept phone calls, text \/ social media messages.
\n\u2022 Only 1 x class per driver, if places are available in other classes nearer the time we will offer places, please register your interest of the second class by emailing:- info@bmrcc.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

\u2022 Organisers will be making use of automatic uploads to the timing system, it is important that all details are completed fully. Incorrectly completed forms may result in delays to starting the meeting.<\/div>\n
\n3. Format and rules on the race day:<\/p>\n

\u2022 121 Place’s – 99 x 2WD and 22 x 4WD
\n\u2022 11 heats with 11 drivers in each heat, 1 x practice round in heat order, 4 x qualifiers, 1 x finals round. Starting practice round at 8:30am.<\/p>\n

1 x set of tyres on the rear driven axle to be used throughout qualifying and finals, these will be marked after the 1st round of each heat of qualifying, failure to comply to this rule will mean you will be removed from the results and the meeting.<\/p>\n

Choice of rear tyre is Schumacher Cactus, any compound can be used.<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Marshalling:<\/p>\n

\u2022 All Marshals must wear their own Hi Viz
\n\u2022 Stay at Marshall point until after the warm up lap of the following heat\/final, then change Marshall’s<\/p>\n

6. Payment:<\/p>\n

Fees as follows:<\/p>\n

Adult member \u00a313.00
\nJunior member (under 16) \u00a36.50
\nNon-Members \u00a318.00<\/p>\n

Refunds will not be accepted for this meeting, once you have been confirmed you will have 48hrs to pay, if not paid within this time your place will be handed to someone else.<\/p>\n

7. Other points to note:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Help to assemble the track and put away at the end of the day, more hands means that we all get home at a decent time.
\n\u2022 Take your rubbish home
\n\u2022 No handout club transponders will be available
\n\u2022 Only race officials will be allowed to communicate with race control.
\n\u2022 Results and Heat lists will only be online (No print outs) results will be viewed on http:\/\/www.rc-results.com\/viewer\/<\/a>\u00a0Heat list will be either on Facebook or Google Documents<\/p>\n
